Project Manager

Urata & Sons is looking for a Project Mangert with 5+ years of experience in construction.

Job Title: Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepares estimates as per bid procedures.
• Monitors, assists, critiques and prepares schedules, if required, for any estimates.
  Participates in start-up and closeout meetings as needed.
• Reviews drawings, specifications and owner requirements with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Prepares general conditions cost and coordinate with Project Managers the monitoring process of all general conditions cost.
• Reviews all plans and specifications and permit set of drawings.
• Process RFI’s and addendums
• Handle Subcontractors recap and takeoffs.
  

Requirements

• Must have a Degree in Construction Management or equivalent in BS in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Must know MS Office
• Must have experience working with structural concrete
