"Fast Track" construction is required due to the accelerated schedule of the project in approx. 12 months of construction time. 1,000,000 SF of floor area will be constructed in a 12 month period.

Work Force: During the peak construction period there will be approximately 1,000 workers on this site at one time!

Materials: More than 8000 tons or 16,000,000 pounds of steel will be used in the structure. This is enough steel to manufacture over 5,800 volkswagen beetles including the engines!!
