In November 2022, John Bell—LLC Member, Vice President of Estimating, colleague, and friend—passed away, leaving a lasting impact on Urata & Sons and the industry. Joining the company in 1981, he became a highly respected estimator whose work helped shape major projects like Las Vegas City Center, Thunder Valley Casino, and Google Bayview, and ultimately fulfilled his dream of ownership earlier that year. Known for his brilliance, dedication, and love for his work, John will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
